This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information about individuals who access or use the Services, including:

Road Ready Safety is currently licensed or actively seeking licensure as a driver safety education provider in California, Florida, and Texas, and operates as a referral partner with Ticket School (ticketschool.com) and Driver Training Associates (drivertrainingassociates.com) for course delivery in other states. Your use of third-party partner platforms is subject to their separate privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before enrolling through a referred provider.

This Privacy Policy applies to users in the United States only. By accessing the Services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

When you register for an account, enroll in a course, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide:

  • Regulatory identifiers required by state licensing authorities: driver's license number, state ID number, last 4 or 5 digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth, and vehicle information as required
  • Demographic information required by state regulators: such as gender and, in certain states, racial or ethnic origin
  • Course completion data: quiz responses, test scores, course progress, and certificate information
  • Communications: messages, feedback, and support requests you submit to us
  • Employment applications: resume, work history, references, and other applicant information

9. State-Specific Regulatory Disclosures

As a licensed or applicant driver safety education provider, we are subject to specific regulatory requirements in the following states:

9.1 California

Road Ready Safety is seeking approval as a Traffic Violator School (TVS) operator and/or Basic Driver Improvement course provider under California Vehicle Code Section 11200 et seq. and DMV regulations. Once licensed, we will share required student data with the California DMV for purposes of license point dismissal processing and regulatory compliance. Such data sharing is mandatory and may not be subject to deletion requests under the CCPA.

9.2 Texas

Road Ready Safety is seeking licensure as a driver safety course provider under Texas Transportation Code Chapter 1001 and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) rules. Once licensed, we will report course completion data to TDLR and to courts as required. Student data may be shared with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) in connection with citation dismissal processing.

9.3 Florida

Road Ready Safety is seeking approval as a Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course provider under Florida Statutes Section 318.1951 and DHSMV regulations. Once licensed, we will report course completion data to the Florida DHSMV and to courts of jurisdiction as required. Such reporting may include your identity, citation information, and course completion status.

9.4 All Other States - Referral Partners

For users in states where Road Ready Safety is not yet a licensed provider, we may refer you to Ticket School (ticketschool.com) or Driver Training Associates (drivertrainingassociates.com). When you click through to a referral partner's site or complete a course with them, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We may receive limited data (such as referral tracking and course completion confirmation) from these partners to maintain our business relationship.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 13 and we will take steps to delete such information.

11. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including our referral partners, payment processors, and regulatory portals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their sites.
